Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) sege77 account only. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure, confiscation of all associated balances, and reporting to PAGCOR where applicable.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. sege77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your sege77 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. • sege77 does not pay interest on account balances;
• Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure;

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without sege77's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sege77 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or gaming losses.

sege77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Platform and for any consequences thereof.

sege77's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the Player's account balance at the time the claim arises, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
